single/full respec stones and cheap dont mix im afraid, since toa and the end of TG raids the market is almost completely drained for respec stones, the "cheapest" u'll find is full for 6-7+p im afraid, check CM's in housing for that

best chance to get one cheap if you can wait is on wednesday evening after my Dragon Raid - theres always a few cheap ones floating around on merchants
