It's found in Emain Macha. You follow a lurikeen which runs off into the sunset with it's pot of gold. He runs into a pub and points you toward an area which once you step foot on you get ported across a rainbow and break both your legs, landing on a pile of swords. You find this sword then have to go kill the lurikeen to sell him to a bounty hunter for a wheelchair.
That's pretty much it I think.

You've failed to mention that after obtaining the wheelchair you must vanquish Zippy and Bungle in a race for the enchanter who will buff up the sword to it's full magic ability.
