A new graphics card won't help you run two daoc accounts and fraps. You need a powerfull CPU for that. Fraps doesn't depend much on the GFX card but more on the CPU, and if you're running two accounts of DAoC (which already is light on the GFX card, I run it at 1600x1200 full twinkels on my GeForce 5700) and set them on /clientsleep background they won't need much more than running a single instance, well... it would like more memory... DAoC loves more memory
