Well it's a good idea to save your RSP's for Purge at 2L0. It's a life saver RA, especially for a melee without det.

Alternatively you could dump your RSP's into cheap RA's like AugStr, LW, Regeneration etc. and respec at higher RR for Purge and/or Ignore Pain.

(Every character gets two free RA respecs that can be used at any level from 1 to 50.)

ps: RR1L3 is great job at your level.
