Hits: 40 pts
Constitution attribute cap: 6
Dexterity attribute cap: 6
Hit Points bonus cap: 40

It drops of Chisis, the Band of Stars mob.
So wondering if any 'Band of shadow' farmers have one
laying around they would want to sell.
