Magma Infused Buckler is the small +melee shield (intended for scout/mistrel I assume) in Albion - its only the Hib version that has the cleric-ish stats.

is the one that has cast speed.

Sounds like you didnt understand me: the shield your wanting doesnt exist in Albion.

The shield with cast speed bonus exists in Hib only
