theres a fire focus staff from green families, and an air theur staff.
they are about lvl 38
and then at the medium families theres a min staff, about lvl 45 i think
the theres colds touch from orange families, but that doesnt glow atm, get s a glow in later patch tho afaik

I have the Cold's Touch staff, atm its a dark blue, hinting towards black color, guessing the glow will be somewhat similar.
Stats are:
Cold Magic:4 pts
Power: 6
Cold: 6%
Cold Focus: 50
The Air Theurg staff is the Staff of the Thunder Swarm
Dexterity: 15 pts
Hits: 40 pts
Crush: 6%
Wind Focus: 39
10/10 Lvl 36 DoT Charges
