There is no value on it. It isn't rare in the sense of pop, its frequently up.

It's rare because you need minimum of about 10 people to do it. People who don't have an appropriate guild for this should think about making a farm group on FH, who do it 10 times in 2 or 3 weeks, handing charms to a neutral 3rd party. When 10 charms are farmed, hand them out - happy people.

3 weeks might seem a long time to wait once you start farming, but to be fair, you'll spend a lot more time than that finding someone with one for sale.

Cheers guys,

I'll pm you in-game tonight or over the weekend, we have about 16
very active members of which about 4-5 need the Charm. We have
another perhaps 10 who are infrequent members but are happy to
help. Across those guys and girls we have pretty much every class
many times over @ 50th ('cept the overpowered Armsman).

Would be interested in going over tactics and pull-ploys with you
on this offline

What Eggy said. Its basically how we done it in the guild. Sod the lotto and just hand them out when its all done.
