Wot lvl is your Bard?
I got a few Df bracers/rings might do the trick.

think I have the armour stuff in vault and a slightly used white bracer and old granny cloak..never sell drops so you can have them but wouldnt mind a tip ont he armor

you can get the bracer / cloak from quests too ....(cloak in Treibh..bracer..well Botonids & Corruptors ofc)
