only know 2 ppl thathas it so..its pretty rare...

Noone camps skellies (beside Isso and Forns) - that's the reason.
Isso has a chance to drop it too i guess but it's kinda rare drop.

And there are appr. 20-25 skellies over all in 3 tunels and only 1 tunel (from Isso to Forn) is cleared usually.

There are much more bladehands in TG to drop DG great axe for example.
