Its not actually hard to get.
Don't waste your time bashing Jinnis until they drop, just camp 45k 30k Green Glades at Hoiples. Sit there and kill him every 5-10mins, he does eventually drop. The day I got mine, I was in a queue to camp him, and I know that 4 dropped that day. I also got a copy of Love Story 1 and two other scrolls off him.
He's red con, managed soloing him on my friar with no problems. When he does hit, he hits pretty hard, but evade is your friend ofc.
