i think you can probably pick up those instruments quite cheaply on CMs - i bought a few yesterday, 99% qual instruments are usually 150g-200g and you can fit a +6 instruments gem on there for no OC

there were a couple of clean mp instruments, but you'd have to be a real gimpstrel to buy those

as for the mp chain, pm Draggo in game if you can, he does a good job although the mp orders have been making him a bit insane of late
