need a grand total of 26% +buff effiencie items

don't care if its cloth / chain / jewelry

if items are chain / jewelry with decent other stats ill pay big

Just farm the traitors dagger mob.. he regular drops rog with +buff%.

I got a cloak and belt both with +12%buff.

Can only get 25% m8, mines stopped there, I spent 2p on a cloak with 7% and I only got 2% :l

Got a staff from the cyclops eye shield guy which had +14% stat enchantment eff. bonus... funny thing is, only usable by casters
