WTB Bracer with energy resist and dex

As mythic thought they should put str and slash resist on just about every toa item there is, i am looking for a bracer with around 9 energy resist and 15-20 dex. other stats preferably +blades, shield or LW and another non melee resist. will pay well if its high utility
