As the topic says
It drops from a Dark Devilfish, a lvl 53 mob in Oceanus Hesperos so it can't be
that uncommon. Just couldn't find it on the market explorer, but if you have it
you can contact either her or ingame

actually its rare as hell, bcs u need to do goddess necklace arti encounter where this squid is last mob, its can be done solo but drop rate is low (killed it 50+ times on alb and not a single drop except useless arti).
so gl hf on getting this or just remove it from template before its to late.
