Ye I thought so as well, but seeing the Sorc TL is using it in his temp it would be odd if it was a ROG tbh :-/

Its certainly looks like rog from name, but I think the kind people at GoA fixed it so we couldn't get cast speed on rogs so we wouldn't feel bitter when 1.68 came in and they got nerfed.......

we did have cast speed on Rog's. not sure we still have but all old ones got nerfed to 2% cast speed.
only a few artfacts have more then that.

Hmm well seeing he's the Sorc TL the item should be nerfed already?

yeah its an RoG, the prefix (bluntbender) is generated from the stat providing the highest util, in this case crush resist, which is providing 10 util. non-RoGs dont have a prefix like this.
