Gudrex build in the Epic reward belt as it gets boosted in the 1.63 patch to the following stats:

Belt of Mischief

16 Con
16 Dex
44 hits
3 Crit Strike

48 Utility Value

Thats what I did for my SB SC Suit and I am living with a little undercapped Con and Dex (-6 each) and 42hp short of cap too, but its not a big prob knowng whnen 1.63 strikes you will be hapilly capped.
