I suck at making templates, I don't wanna learn, or spend tons of time making one.
It must have the following:
10% spell range
10% casting speed
all resists capped
dex/cha/hits/con capped
I would like these minimum levels for the following:
+50hits
+20dex
+20cha
15% duration
15% power
Might have forgotten something, will edit if so.
Use as many artifacts as you wish, use the rarest, most difficult to acquire items you need, as long as you fulfill that template.
There is of course certain leeway, ie, if you need to remove 1% from matter resist and 3 from charisma, and it will give +4% more duration and more hits, then that can be fine also.
I will pay, 15plat to the person that sends me the template I will use, and it must be exclusive to me (cus i'm special), therefore not public.
Sexual favours (girls only), various respec stones, pretty much any item you can think of that's available to hibernia can also form part of, or exchange of, the prize, depending on how good your attempt is.
