So you know (it's your choice entirely ofc), you only need the sword to summon the cloak once. After that you don't need it, the cloak will stay in your inventory until you remove the bp or legs

I had one niko, i sold it to a guy and then carpp bought it from him , and i know that carpp already sold it as well , so it might be difficult to find it!
