Scrolls arnt exactly hard to come by since last patch, so you would prolly be better off just going out 1-2 hours to hunt for the scrolls yourself.
Now all mobs in the zone drop scrolls to artys from that zone with an equal droprate, and those mobs who previously dropped the scrolls now have an incresed droprate.

Or said another way - droprates of scrolls have increased significantly, so there is nolonger any rare scrolls as there used to be before 1.82.

ull still be stuck farming for lots of hours getting the wrong scrolls though ;-p
been farming alot trying to get the scrolls i need together, but keep getting the same scrolls over and over..
