yee i knew bout prissy's guide but seems i farmed inv vain for the necrotic brain fluid neither cailleach guards or celtic leeches seemed to drop it . so tough maybe im farming wrong mobs .

They are extremely rare and they only drop in singles , not stacks of 5 like the others.
I pled my buffbot from 20-45 at celtic liches in barrows and i only ever got 2 of them to drop.
