WTB 99% arcanium hammer

i need a 99% arcanium one handed hammer.
16.5dps 3.2delay (i think could be 3.1)

dont know if those are 16.5dps just meant highest availeble but really 3.2spd because slower caps my hitting speed with this one i hit each 1.580 secs with healer.

a slower weapon will cap your weaponspeed? only 16.5 dps 1h hammer is arc spiked hammer. 4.1 spd.
