Why settle for a simple 99% shield, those are for the cheapskates. Shields are not exactly high priced items so go for a MP while you are at it. The price difference shouldnt be that high compared to the added utility of the MP shield has to offer.

Because it fits with my Sc template - try Sc'ing 6 lvl 50's mate and SC'ing to LGM I'm sure you may realise why I'm working around 99%'s then.
