If you dont have that would you consider selling a single line respec stone for 1.5p

Doubt you'll be getting a lot with a house on for 1plat so early into foundations. The plots alone are over 100p still, and then you have to add the cottage (additional plat) then pay the rent ^^...Sooooo, just letting ya know, gonna be about a week til there that cheap
