Jacinas = 0 util, cloudsong, tiny util, powercap overated? moron, i used it in my druid template for 40% pow pool 26 dex cap, but as healer was needed more, i toa'd my healer, turned druid into a bb atm (for my friends s i cant run 2 accounts : <) so if u cant get it into a temp, u should ask someone else to make ure temps, and as its not in my healer template, im selling it

That's better to buy another rog ring if you want some power cap % in ur template,but with useful stats instead of quickness
