Lets see would i rather want a 30% power instent regain from Jacina's as a 5% chance not to use any power on spell or to run with a belt with 15 dex cap where i already got it capped from. GoV/CB/Soot Boots/Immolated and Mad tales??

Its nice but people get dex capped from anything els than a belt so lower the price to somthing like 7½p and lets the bid's start..Tho i wont bid i need jacina's
