delve is 80, they heal for 100 something, very nice, _very_ rare :)

galla ablatives are less rare and are 150 value :x

I dont think there are proc drops in toa, but id look up with toa armour parts you're going to use so you don't waste this one ;)

im useing ranger galla vest as chest pice tho :p

Oi, but if ToA items is that much better, what makes you think people would sell them? Look at how long it took for people to begin selling out of heal procs :p
