Definitely not as easy; some in our guild have farmed him last 2 days in between xping on the siogs and apart from rarer spawn only one cloak dropped.

Hes a bitch to farm. I do him all the time. Not straight forward at all, and requires a lot of running / sometimes logging to chain.

Drops a cloak about 1-50 times imo. I have farmed 3 since the nerf.
