Why would anyone on earth want to pay 25p for a low utility ring with matter and spirit resists?

Beside of it, it's good for a Thid char.

Funny you have an ToAed armsman and you can't answer that.

Alot of people are focusing on Capped swing speed (specialy HO mercs etc) for a HO to cap his swing speed they need +26 Quickness cap in there templates and +10 quickness in creation (or AQ1 or 2 )

Read my question again Bubble, it is low utility, with very unimportant resists, I have similar RoGs on my Thid Infi which have partly a higher utility.

I guess all you saw was the low Normal Utility, miss the +12 Quickness cap which is what people are paying for. Also its a ring, and there aren't too meny good rings with +quickness cap
