Wrong subscription details

In a blunder of monumental proportions whilst creating my account about 2 months ago I took the subscription details down. I have been out of England on business and have not accessed my account since before christmas. The free month subscription has now expired and I cannot access my account details on the Dark age of Camelot web site in order to pay. I have tried emailing them 5 times and have had no response whatsoever . Any suggestions

I cant remember but did you get an EMail with the information in or is it deleted?

Failing that the only way is to contact them through the support thingy but their timescales do appear, erm, erratic.:)
