I always hear this, and it's utter tosh. Which doctOr in their right mind would remove ribs, for the sole purpose that the patient can suck their own cock. I think not

I don't even think it's medically sound to remove ribs. They are there for a reason. It's like opting to have your tibia or fibula removed - it just doesn't work like that.

the purpose of ya rips are to protect your lungs, heart and all that stuff, Im sure removing a few lower rips wont make that bigger a difference.............. But i could be wrong, im not a doctor or anything
