Well.. 1.71 was nice in that it reduced the power cost of my favourite heal, so by that alone it merits a 'not evil' tag. Same applies to 1.72 assuming the reduced cast speed changes make it through testing.

1.63(?) was nice because it added in housing and drew away buffbots for a few days while they span-camped lot-stones.

TOA (1.68?) was nice because while all the l33t d00ds were off busting their balls by trying to get the ML's first I actually got some fun RvR in


So thats atleast 4 patches I can think of which earn the 'not evil' gold star.
