Quite funny really since thats what the playerbase has been saying since they were added, perhaps Blizzard will start listening to the playerbase more now.... ah well its only taken them how long to realise? how many pve friendly abilities has been destroyed to balance arena play out.

Arena is boring, what they should have done is make zones like Wintergrasp and the new (ish) Tol Barad much bigger and allow people to fight for them 24 hours a day. Maybe even add faction buffs, NPC access, dungeon access etc to it depending on who owns the most stuff, kind of like DAOC I suppose

Personally I find WoW BG PvP boring, I don't really have a problem with any classes being balanced or not so balanced but there just doesn't seem much point to it really and I always seem to be doing something else when TB is on* You don't lose anything for losing standard BGs and due to the nature of it you are forced to endure utter retards.

*For those non WoW'ers...TB and Wintergrasp are basically keep grabs that happen according to a timer, you teleport to them if you queue when the battle starts. You win access to a few daily quests and in the case of TB a crappy 1 boss 10/25 man raid that you can only do once a week.

Have done some rated battleground last few weeks, that has potential.

Bliz still have no clue how to balance classes though. From quad hitting savages to overpowered ferals - they know to well what they are doing. "whoopsiedaisy we didnt see- that-obvious-to-everyone-other-than-us massive dps inbalance, we didnt honest" poor guys, with the lack of budget n'all it must be tough for those hard working underpaid understaffed blizzard folk to get it right.

It's a really good idea tbh.

Oh, maybe i won't quit this month because i could level up an insane WL! 2 patches later, christ i can level up an insane druid!

Oddly enough I came to Barrysworld through daoc many moons ago, sure I didn't post in off topic but then it didn't exist when I played. I hardly see how that affects things anyhow 0o

Think it was total biscuit who said something along the lines of; wow is really boring without breaks.

Couldn't be more true. If you play it 24/7 and don't take weekends for say, pubs etc, you will have no life, but with a little bit of sensibility, it's a great waste of time.

Not to mention that wow is a good game, it has to be with those figures.

It may not be in everyones taste, but it's still good.

It is but I think there is something missing in Cataclysm, I can't quite put my finger on it though.

I just log on and get bored if I am not raiding, I only raid 2 nights a week.

There is no point doing heroics, I already have better gear than they can give me as do most of the guild and pugs bring me out in hives.

The PvP is dreadful

Crafting is pretty pointless, one weeks farming has given me more gold than I know what to do with.

The single thing I have left to do outside of raiding is collect 200 odd tokens for dragon mount. Not exactly riveting stuff!

This FH minecraft server couldn't have come at a better time!

i also find the dungeon finder tool seems to have got worse, it used to be a neat tool that meant you got to do all the variety of dungeons, now it seems to only send you to one dungeon over and over and over again (i am levelling up a priest and have done Dire Maul about 1000 times but not been to any other dungeons since SM, same happens on my warrior at 85, constant Grim Batol over and over)

bit of variety would be nice!

You're in Dire Maul constantly because there's 3 of them and they are the only dungeons in the level-range, pretty much

The Grim Batol thing is unlucky though, but not that unlikely, there aren't that many dungeons to pick from and the chances of getting the same one over and over isn't that low.

Rated BGs are cool, u do need 3k resil though or its a facepalm
