BBC iPlayer - Wounded: Part 1

Watched this last night. Its absolutely heart rending, but also heart warming and fascinating at the same time. I highly recommend it.

Yeah I watched it too, kind if makes me not regret coming out of the forces. Gunshot wounds are one thing but getting half you body blown off is not something I could personally live with.

Hats off to the treble amputee para though, he acted as though he'd lived with disability all his life and wasn't gonna let anything stand in his way.
