Today I went on that bike run to raise money for Help For Heroes. There was at least 10,000 bikes, and all riders paid £5.00 each, so a lot of money was raised. It was amazing riding along seeing how many people sat outside thier homes waving and clapping, and all the British and English flags everywhere over the ten or so mile route. It really made me feel rather proud

Fucking awesome turn out, makes me proud to be English sometimes when stuff like this happens. Rest assured I bet there were no protests opposing all those bikers, now that would of took some balls

One of the best things I've done for ages mate! I almost gave up after 3 hours waiting, but once the run started (in groups of 500) and we got to the first corner, there were people there with flags waving, and this went on for like 10 miles. Brought a tear to the eye to be honest.

Kids with I *heart* BIKERS on bits of card, and old people in chairs in front of a old peoples home, covered up with blankets, clapping and waving. Some old farmer bloke standing on his drive with a 5ft by 6ft bit of wood with WELL DONE painted on it, standing drinking a pint and waving
