Best I ever had was on Lanzarote. Apparently that is a big traveling destination in Germany, germans everywhere!

In a popular market there was a German sausage stand, I can't remember the name of the sausage but it was BIG, and strangely it was white and there was tons of sauerkraut. It must have hanged out like 15-20 cm on each side of the bun. It tasted pure meat! *droool*
