TBH i found the water effects in Daoc to be too plastic looking, and the shore line boundry too harsh. As for the graphics in WoW I find them far more stunning than Daoc, more realistic than the so called 'realistic' graphics from Daoc, just take a gryphon flight and image how it would look in Daoc.
