Takes no time at all really. Probably less than messing about with torrents and/or external ftp.

Ahh... thought you had to have an account before you could patch in game.
I'm just making sure I have everything ready for the open beta

Oh ye, you do have to log in.
Didn't mention that there wasn't any account Although the download is kinda small, can't be more than a few hundred KB.

you can log in with a random name and pass and it will patch Did for me.
