Don't underestimate Paraguay, they are a decent side with a great work ethic. They have held both Brazil and Argentina to draws in qualifiying, no easy task. In Roque Santa Cruz they have a very talented striker, England can not afford him the kind of space they have given to the opposition in recent games.

As for Sweden, it depends on which Sweden turn up. If the hard working and efficient Sweden show then England will have trouble breaking them down without Rooney. There again as occasionally happens we might see the lazy and sloppy Sweden who could have already qualified and a determined England side will wipe the floor with them. That rarely happens with the Swedes though, I expect a tough match.

T & T are alot better than Jamaica but that isn't saying much to be honest, anything less than 3-0 will be a very poor result for England.

In all fairness we would do better to come 2nd in the group stages, take a look along the sheets for who we would play if we came first... Germany... Holland.... Argentina... Brazil uke:

Sweden are good and we have a record of being beatn by them even with a half decent side. But then you have to look at there player list, a number of crucial injurys.

Agree totally on Paraguay, a draw would be a good game for us but I think we can just pull ahead with a sneaky goal but thats about it.

I'm rubbish at predictions, so I'll stick to one :

England vs Paraguay.

England concede a soft goal inside the first 5 minutes, are rubbish through the rest of the half but hold on. After half time, come out a new team, but only score towards the end of the half for a draw.

Think I've seen them play that match a lot in the opening stages of major championships over the years.
