However,

I get a headache playing it, it feels like the lighting is hard on my eyes or something, i also feel nauseous sometimes.

could this have something to do with the frame rate or hertz or something of my screen?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

ive been playin it on my m8s plasma, and yes the lighting on his way out too, lots of sharp bright edges on everything.

I had exactly the same thing playing CoD4, and Quake4 too. It's the quake engine, it makes me feel sick (literally!).

For this reason I didnt bother buying CoD5 ...

Actually really fkin naseous now, which I really hate cos im loving this game.

So I gave up and carried on playing CSS

those are the main ones for giving people motion sickness

It can be anything it likes TDC Head bob isnt adjustable on CoD4, I really did try everything. I managed to play through the single player - and it was very good - but multiplayer in particular made my head bleed

Just got this game and its pretty good but i also get the dizzy feeling now and then , it seems to come from the reloading animation on certain weapons , mainly the machine guns.

Anyone know if you can turn the weapon models off like you could do in halflife?

FarCry2 is on the Dunia engine actually(selfmade), it's very similar to the Crysis engine but still not the same. Oddly enough I also get some kind of nausea while driving in that game, thank god its not really that good so I have no real reason to play it other than having spent money buying it, map editor is pretty cool tho.

One thing I dont like, is on multiplayer you spawn with different guns. Thats just shit. A Whermacht rifleman does NOT come with Garrand as far as I'm concerned

but you get to run people over with Tiger tanks, cant beat it

Got it cheaper in the Steam sale and I am loving it, had to change all the defualt controls as you would have to have 10 very long fingers to reach all the buttons, having melee as 'v' is just wrong. Played a little bit of MP noticed its got the horrid Punkbuster in it that drops me out of games every now and then for saying I don't have the up to date version (yet I do). I like the dogs' scarred me the first time I saw 5 dogs coming over the hill and I was proned thinking I should run about now.
