I think the "problem" is that alot of the non English players make pure French, Spanish, Dutch etc. PAs/guilds and so they rarely speak anything than their native language which in the end just becomes a bad habit 
Like on Eclipse theres a big PA, Semper Danica, with Danish players only. It's all potatoetalk and I never considered joining forces with them. If I meet a Dane I'll prolly exchange a few remarks in Danish but thats it, I'm not gonna sit in front of Coronet Starport with my 7 friends having a picnic, spamming the chat with Shyriliwook (?)
On the other hand we'd never have such a l33t term as "uber" if it weren't for the Germans

I dont have a problem with differend looking alienss speaking strange languages in front of starport
Im a member of all Finnish PA in Eclipse but I try to avoid spamming in spatial channel unless the PA and group chat are broken.
Then again Teräs Käsi is Finnish so I consider it more Star Warsy than Twileks with German accent =)
