Since we seem to be on a women theme this week time for me to lean forward and share with you all my views
.
Now this is the short version of a otherwise long story:
I went out with a girl for a few weeks. Upon the first day we met we hit it off and after then went out every night for 2 weeks (yep I know it was crazy but both had a great time). Then 4th week something was up. Seems she liked me a lot, but had no "spark / connection", so both happily agreed to just be friends from then on, but I had a feeling so I asked her straight...
...and yep my best mate (one whom over christmas I helped out of depression after his girlfriend left him after 2 years by dragging him out on a mad 13 night blitz to get him back to normal, and since then been helping him to find a new gf) whom she saw a few times when a load of us met up, she has this "spark" with him. Anyhow being a nice guy I told her it was cool for her to ask him out e.t.c, after all we were just friends now, so I had a word with him and he freaked a bit, after all going out with my ex after only a few days is a tad to quick, so he said he will take it slow.
To cut the story short some more, on the weekend I knew something was going on, but he would not tell me so after ignoring him for a day we had a man to man chat and sorted things out. Basically I'll stay away from my ex (can't see her as I cause fricition + I still have feelings for her so I asked her nicely to stop texting me e.t.c and leave me alone for a while), and he and her can get on with what ever they want to do, and I can still be friends with him without feeling negative all the time.
I still feel like crap, but best solution for all?
Would of been ironic if a woman split up a good friendship, espeically in this case where we were both looking?
And a question for you girls out there: Why do women say they want to find a nice guy? fact is when they do they either use him, or ignore him and go out with the bastards instead?
