I still can't believe how many people don't realise just how bad the X Men films are.

The films are 'ok' but some of the casting was spot on, Xavier and Wolverine being 2 of the best. Storm and Cyclops being the worst.

Hope they do a 'remake' like what they did with the Batman films, and Wolverine seems a good place to start.

The Magneto film also looks like it could be good.

In complete contrast to Wazz I loved the 3 X-Men films. And I have the hardback version of Wolverine: Origins and hope this is as good.

Depends on your perspective really.

Will they win awards? No.

Was the acting dire? Yes.

Was the plot a bit thin? Yes, a bit.

Was the casting bad? Some yes, some no.

Was it an enjoyable film for X-Men fans and fans of Marvel/DC style films? Apart from hard-core critics, generally Yes.

They aren't great films, but they are enjoyable for many. For me i liked them because i knew they would be a bit crap and a bit cheesy, but tbh i didn't care :)
