Low matter= yes lets be rooted for enternity(then if you get nearsighted during that without purge you are pretty much screwed since it can most likely happen now casters are out more), i would at least have it at 20% aswell as dots kicking your ass, can be useful if you ever go near keeps :E

Good sc deld, but that belt is rare i believe and the cloak is too.Very nice though.

It drops from Ml3.1, which may be doable with a good group with ice wizards (I haven't tried, but I expect it's tough), else you have to leech the belt off a ML3 raid.

As for artifacts :

- Nailah's Robe. Doable with a small group (like pally, cleric, caster that needs credit and robe), but you can spend a long time camping the area before you get a spawn. Nailah's Diary 3of3 isn't easy to get.

- Ceremonial Bracer. Best do Skyros Dreadnought for that one, as it seems to be the easiest of the three mobs that drop it. Still hits like a truck so you want a decent melee group with enough stuff so your pally doesn't get killed in 3s (good gear & buffs, guard, pbt, enough healing). Scrolls are common.

- Maddening Scalars. First problem here, you need to get it to spawn, you may need someone to suicide and get rezzed over and over and over and kill snakes around for that to happen. Failing that, check the area once in a while, eventually, it'll have spawned. Mad Tales 2of3 and 3of3 are both quite rare, good luck with that.

- Tartaros Gift. Can be easy, can be hard if you get a mad salamander zerg. Read a good many things about the encounter so you don't get salamanders but it seems to me it's down to luck or the encounter bugging more than anything. Focus pulling seems to work alright (at least it's how I got credit). Don't go for a straight fight on the pad, or you'll get enough salamanders to wipe several fgs. Tartaros 3of3 is hard to get.
