G.I. Joe means nothing in the UK. We had Action Man instead. Until it went all shit and stopped being about fighting Nazis and turned into some kind of camp sub-James Bond thing.

I seem to remember there was a Steve Austin Six Million Dollar Man action man. You could look through his bionic eye. And see things really badly blurred.

He wasn't actually a branded 'Action Man' but he was great, i had one too.

There was a panel on his arm and leg that came off to reveal all his wires and circuit boards

Haha thanks for reminding me. I had one also, loved it!

The moving eyes on the normal action man were called "eagle eyes" iirc.
