I don't know two of those from top of my head, but Soot Tainted Boots drop of the Shades of Mist encounter mobs and the Animal Bone Bracer is a quest item you get from Origins of the Harpies, if you are lucky.

I can verify that, also the sleeves drop from battler. Can't remember about the belt tho.
