Winged helm lvling in toa?

Just wondering if theres a nice spot in toa for lvling the winged helm as a scout with a bb. Maybe some easy caster mobs somewhere? Im kinda fed up atm watching my back in the frontiers in the 'usual ' xp places.

i would level either at setians in stygia.. (they also drop nice scrolls), or in oceanus killing sobekites.. they are abit lower level, but they also drop some nice babies worth a good bunch of cash
