Anyone know of a *very* user friendly CBT product for Windows XP?

My wife has decided she wants to be able to do more than click on 'Send and Receive' in Outlook Express, and has commanded me to find her the tools to accomplish this.

What I'm looking for is the type of software that simulates the XP operating system and shows the user how to do stuff like move files, copy, paste etc.... I'm sure you get the picture.

I'd appreciate recommendations from anyone who's used this type of product.

I setup an CBT package in my work (ECDL prgramme), there's loads of vendors for IT training though - you'll just need to shop around. We've used packages from Addoceo and Intuition, both simulate MS Windows and Office software.

If you live in England, why not try LearnDirect? They offer web-based stuff quite cheap (I'm sure).

Ta for that.

I must admit I'd never heard of the European Computer Driving License, but it looks just the ticket.

Sorted. Just in time for Adult Learners Week!

The full programme has 7 modules, you may only need one of them....you can get stand-alone CD's for each Office product for about £50-£60 (the LearnDirect webby seems to be fuxxed tho' atm).
