Windows XP and Brightness in STEF

Ok WIndows XP and Elite Force

Bit of a Brightness problem here isn't there - anyone else having the same problem, and has anyone been able to fix it ???

I find that if you play Elite Force on 16bit Graphics its not as bright as 32Bit.

If you can use 32Bit!

some friends of mine have added a special win XP patch to help fix the prob, go on gamespy and ask some1 in MAS, we will know

Ok - Its been fixed - If anyone else has the problem of an extremely dull screen and the gamm adjuster not working under Windows XP - Try this command

r_overbrightbits "0" < When it is set to 1 you get the problems under Windows XP
