Am i understanding it correctly when i think that one computer connects to the internet through your machine and then you want that machine to redirect a port?
You "shared your internet connection" at some point?
Nah we have a server at work that is a proxy server, its configured to port 80.
In a users browser session they set there proxy to "winserver:80"
We need to migrate people to "newserver:8090" so to save problems and reconfiguring every workstation, i want to change "winserver" to accept connections on port 80 as normal, but forward them through to newserver:8090
Over time we would reconfigure the clients, but for now - a simpel redirect would be good.
I can do it... but it will cost the copany $99 and shit loads of time to setup a new supplier and raise a purchase order.
Shame its not a linux box, one IPTABLES command would do it.
